01A message to every aspirant

The uniform is earned long before the selection board

Dear aspirant,

Every year I meet young people who are fit, hard-working and determined to serve — many of them from small towns and villages, many studying in Hindi medium. What they often lack is not ability, but structured preparation: academics for the written exam, the confidence to speak, and an understanding of how the selection board actually assesses a candidate.

As a psychologist, I have spent years studying how officer-like qualities show up in the psychology tests, the group tasks and the interview. At Cadets Academy we prepare you for all of it under one roof — written coaching, SSB and AFSB interview training, personality development and spoken English — with teachers and mentors who know you by name.

Our objective is not merely to help you clear an exam. It is to help you become the officer the nation needs. If you are willing to work, we will walk with you until the day you wear the uniform.

With best wishes,V. Ranjan BharadwajDirector, Cadets Academy

02Expertise

How a psychologist’s lens shapes our SSB preparation

Half of the SSB and AFSB is about how you think, respond and lead. That is exactly where his training makes the difference.

01

Psychology tests

TAT, WAT, SRT and Self-Description practice with personal feedback — so your responses reflect who you really are, not memorised answers.

02

Interview preparation

Mock personal interviews that rehearse the interviewing officer’s style of questioning, followed by honest one-to-one feedback.

03

Group testing & GTO

Group discussion, planning exercises and outdoor tasks on our ground with experienced instructors — PGT, HGT, command task, GOR and more.

04

Personality development

Confidence, body language, communication and leadership, built step by step — with spoken-English support for Hindi-medium students.

05

Understanding behaviour

His background in psychology helps mentors read behaviour, spot habits that hold a candidate back and correct them early.

06

Mentoring families

Regular reviews with parents on attendance, test scores and progress, so every student has a clear plan and steady support.

Academic preparation, personality, communication, leadership and interview skills can all be taught — with patience and practice.

  3. 3

No deserving student is turned away

Children from orphanages study with a 100% scholarship, and EWS, SC, ST and minority students get special attention.

  4. 4

    Honest feedback, every week

Tests, mock interviews and mentor reviews give every student an honest picture of where they stand and what to fix next.

Our objective is not merely to produce good sportspersons. We want to create opportunities for rural youngsters who have the potential to become officers in the Army, Navy, Air Force and other security services and contribute to the nation.
