What Personal Interview & Personality Development covers
A grooming programme that builds communication, body language, self-awareness and officer-like qualities, useful for SSB, AFSB and every service entry interview. Students prepare their Personal Information Questionnaire (PIQ), practise speaking in English and Hindi, and face recorded mock interviews with feedback. Military Nursing Service (MNS) candidates also use it to prepare for the interview stage.
