2. Day 2

   Psychology

   TAT, WAT, SRT and Self Description, each evaluated individually.

3. Day 3

   GTO — Group Tasks

   GD, GPE, PGT, HGT and the group obstacle race, practised outdoors.

4. Day 4

   GTO — Individual Tasks

   Individual obstacles, command task and lecturette.

5. Day 5

   Interview & Conference

   Recorded personal interview and full conference simulation.
